2. Services we provide
Global Visa Hub provides tools to manage visa applications, document uploads, appointment scheduling, tour bookings, payments, recruiting agency workflows, and related travel services. We act as a technology platform and may work with licensed partners, embassies, consulates, and government agencies to facilitate these services.
3. User accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, to impersonate others, to interfere with platform operations, to attempt unauthorized access, or to upload harmful content or malware. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Documents and information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all documents and information you submit through the Platform. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documents.
6. Fees and payments
Fees for services are displayed before you confirm any transaction. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with our refund policy and the specific terms of the service purchased.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Global Visa Hub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Visa Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that visa applications will be approved, that processing times will be met, or that government requirements will remain unchanged. Approval decisions are made solely by relevant government authorities.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is required by law. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Global Visa Hub operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
